To login to your account go to www.careercruising.com/school. If you have fogotten/misplaced your password, you can retrieve your password by going here.

2. How can I get more training on CareerCruising.com ?

To sign up for free general training on CareerCruising.com, go to http://public.careercruising.com/ca/en/support/webinars/ and register for a webinar that you are interested in. For specific unite! Training, please contact us at: 815-921-1650.

3. Where can I find class activities using CareerCruising.com/unite!?

To find the Career Cruising / unite! class activities, login to your www.careercruising.com/school account and go to the Helpful Documents section and go to the Classroom Activities and Research Projects section. If you have any suggestions, we’d be happy to hear from you by contacting us.

4. How do I view what students/users are posting on the discussion boards?

Login to your www.careercruising.com/school account and go to the Portfolio Reports section and go to the unite! Reports Section at the bottom of the page. There is a report called Message Board Posts by Student that will list all the posts for each student. Note: You can filter the report by clicking the Custom button under the Customize This Report section of the page.

5. Where can I find any flagged / inappropriate discussion board posts?

Login to your www.careercruising.com/school account and go to the unite! section and go to the Flagged Message Board Posts Sub-section (2nd from the bottom of the list).

6. I’ve received a Career Exploration Activities (CEA) Request – Now what?

Login to your www.careercruising.com/school account and go to the unite! section and go to the Manage CEA Requests Sub-section (4th from the top of the list). You will then be shown a list of requests – any requests with the red exclamation mark (!) requires your attention.

9. Parent Accounts – HOWTO

Parents can request to have an account in Inspire Washington to review their child’s portfolio account. To create a parent account:

  1. Login to your CAMS account (www.careercruising.com/school)
  2. Go to the Manage Parent Accounts section
  3. Manage Parent Accounts
  4. Select Create Parent Activation Codes and search for the student that you wish to connect with the parent account.
  5. Create and email the activation code along with URL (www.careercruising.com/parent) to the parent.
